The main objective of establishing this Company is to assist Governmet to bring sanity to the petroleum Industry by being trasparently honest in all that we do. That is to operate according to the laws of the Industry. Hence our main produts/services are as follows:
To acquire license and engage in lifting of crude oil and all other petroluem products including gas and gasoline, petrol - chemical, kerosine by exportation from the country and to engage in bulk and massive importation of refined petroleum products including fuel, gas, kerosine, gas and all allied products from outside the country through sea and air, and to enagage in haulage and distribution of these products within the country and by using tankers and petrol stations all over the country.

To carry on the business of petrol- chemical and allied products throughout the country and also to operate filling stations, pipeline construction building, waste management and to carry on business as independent marketers, and major distributors; and serve as agents of petroluem companies for distribution of fuel, kerosine, gas and cooking gas.
To engage in the manufacture of all forms of chemical and petroleum products, and engage in all forms of manufacture that use petrochemicals as raw materials and/or bye-products including paints, foams, tyres all rubber wares, gas cylinders, rubber and iron pipelines and deal in all types of generaL merchandise.
To carry on the business of trading, marketing, sales and distribution of general goods commission agents, manufacturers' representative, general suppliers and general contractors.
To carry on business of petroluem drilling, prospecting offshore and onshore exploration and general down stream operations which includes importation and exportation of petroleum products.
